James&Rita is a project developed in Barcelona that consists of a mobile application from where you can book and manage all hotel reservations and once there access all the services via your mobile phone.
This is very useful, especially in the COVID-19 era because it minimizes human interaction. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in is already done without going through the reception, and you can open the door of the room by approaching your mobile phone to the lock sensor. Among many other features.
Looking at the end customer is a good claim. But facing the hotel also favors very practical management.
The purpose was to create two different types of pieces (in four different languages as well), one for the end customer, showing the facilities, and the other aimed at convincing hoteliers that it was a good investment because it simplified many functions.
